InsiderAlerts is a research site for public SEC Form 4 open-market trades. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or provide false information.

2. Research only

Filings, prices, returns, and alerts are for informational purposes. Nothing on InsiderAlerts is investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decision.

3. Alerts and future subscriptions

Portfolio alerts are a convenience feature and may be delayed, missed, or changed. The site is currently free to browse. We may later charge for accounts, alerts, or other features and will disclose fees before you are charged.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that disrupts the service, attempt to access other users’ accounts, or use InsiderAlerts for unlawful activity. We have zero tolerance for abusive conduct toward other users or our staff.
