STOCK Act
Congress trades, with signed returns
Periodic transaction reports filed by members of Congress under the STOCK Act — not Form 4s. Amounts are usually ranges. A buy scores if the stock later rose; a sale scores if it fell.
STOCK Act trades
Prices are split-adjusted closes. Returns use the last close on or before the trade date and the first close on or after 90 and 180 calendar days. Sales are signed so a falling price is a positive result. Not investment advice.
